Robert Morris University Maternity Session|Pittsburgh, PA

I’ve known Savanna for many years, and was beyond excited when she reached out to me, to capture this moment of her life. This beautiful couple is expecting their first baby girl this coming June! They decided that they wanted to shoot their maternity session at Robert Morris University, which is the place that they met a decade ago, and holds a special place in their hearts. The weather was a bit chilly, for a late April afternoon, but this couple completely braved it out! We first started their session in the Massey Court yard of the university, which offered some beautiful greenery, as well as three gorgeous gazebos. Robert Morris University has some very pretty areas that were perfect for photo sessions. We walked around a bit and found a nice grassy area, where Savanna and Sherrod were able to sit and relax for a few photos. Close to there was a walk way with pine trees that lined the walkway, which is where we decided to finished their session. I love that they chose this location for their session, as they can look back on these photos one day with their daughter when she is grown, and tell her the memories they have there!
